1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Marenno.com (hereafter "Marenno" or "the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the operators of Marenno (the "Company," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or any services provided on it. Your continued use of Marenno signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Marenno is a training and strategy development platform for traders. Our Site enables users to create trading plans and strategies, optionally share trading ideas with the community, and access educational content such as blog posts and insights into trading methodologies. No actual trading or brokerage services are provided on Marenno – it is a simulation and educational platform only. All features and content on the Site are intended for informational and training purposes to help users refine their trading strategies. We do not facilitate real-money trades or offer any investment or brokerage accounts. Please note that the service offerings may evolve over time as we add new features or improvements.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: In order to post content (such as trading strategies, ideas, comments, or blog posts) on Marenno, you must create a user account by completing our registration process. Registration requires providing some necessary information (e.g. choosing a username, and supplying a valid email address and password). You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to update such information as needed to keep it accurate. Accounts are personal to you – you should not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

3.2 Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years or older) or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use the Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3.3 Account Use and Security: You agree to use your account for personal use of the Site's services and not to impersonate any other person or entity. The Site may, from time to time, request verification of information you provided, especially if required for compliance with laws. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate an account that we suspect is using false information or violating these Terms.

3.4 Account Termination by User: You may discontinue use of the Site at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by contacting us or using any account deletion function we provide. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy provisions (see Section 6), except to the extent we are required or permitted by law to retain certain data.

3.5 Account Suspension/Termination by Marenno: Marenno reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or remove any content you have posted at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws, or for any other reasonable cause. This includes (but is not limited to) posting prohibited content or engaging in inappropriate conduct as outlined in Section 4. In such cases, Marenno may delete your trading plans, blog posts, comments, or other contributions, and/or bar you from future use of the Site without obligation to communicate or explain the action. We shall not be liable for any loss of data or content resulting from account termination.

4. User Content and Conduct Policy

Marenno is a community dedicated to sharing trading ideas and strategies in a respectful, focused environment. When posting content or interacting on the Site, you agree to abide by the following content and conduct rules:

  • Allowed Content – Trading Ideas Only: You may post only content related to trading strategies, ideas, plans, market insights, or related educational discussions. All user-generated content should remain on-topic, providing value to traders and learners.
  • No Advertising or Promotion: Advertising, solicitation, or promotional content is strictly prohibited. You may not post commercial advertisements, affiliate links, promotional offers, or solicit other users for any goods, services, or external platforms. The Site is not to be used as a venue for marketing or self-promotion unrelated to trading ideas.
  • No Financial Advising to Others: While sharing trading ideas and educational content is encouraged, you must not present any content as personalized financial advice or official investment recommendations. Do not instruct or urge other users to make specific trades or investments. All information shared should be general in nature (for example, "strategy concepts" or market analysis) rather than direct advice to any individual. Users should always do their own research; nothing on Marenno should be construed as professional financial advice.
  • Professional Conduct – No Inappropriate Behavior: You are expected to interact with others politely and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, vulgar or obscene language, personal attacks, or any form of impolite or abusive behavior is forbidden. Maintain a civil tone when debating or discussing ideas. Critique ideas, not people. Any content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or that violates the rights of others is not allowed.
  • No Spam or Malicious Content: Do not post repetitive or meaningless messages, spam, or any content that contains viruses, malware, or attempts to phish or harm other users or the platform's functionality.
  • Relevant and Lawful Use: Your contributions should be relevant to the topic of trading. You must not post any content that is illegal, infringes on any third-party rights, or violates any law or regulation. This includes insider information, copyrighted material (unless you have permission or the content is your own), or any content that breaches intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.

Content Moderation: Marenno reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, or moderate user-generated content. We may remove or edit any user content that, in our judgment, violates these content rules or is otherwise objectionable. This may be done without prior notice to the user. Repeated violation of the content policy can lead to account suspension or termination as noted in Section 3.5.

By posting on Marenno, you understand that you are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences that arise from sharing it. Marenno does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user posts. If you encounter content that violates these rules, we encourage you to report it to the site administrators.

You may choose to receive certain communications (for instance, a newsletter or new blog post alerts) and you will have the ability to opt out of such communications at any time. You should not make any trading or investment decision solely based on content from this Site. 7.2 No Guarantee of Results: Marenno makes no warranty that any trading strategy, idea, or suggestion presented on the Site will result in profits or achieve any intended results. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. Past performance of any strategy or idea (even if discussed on the Site) is not indicative of future results. Any examples of success or hypothetical outcomes are for illustration only. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any trades or investments you undertake, and you agree that Marenno and its contributors will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred.

7.3 User Content Disclaimer: Marenno does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. User posts are the sole responsibility of the user who provided the content. We do not routinely verify or fact-check user contributions. It is possible that information posted by users may be inaccurate, misleading, or in error. You understand that when you rely on any content obtained through the Site, you do so at your own discretion and risk. Marenno is not liable for decisions you make based on information that comes from another user's post or strategy.

7.4 Site Provided "As Is": Marenno and all its services, content, and functionality are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain a high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always function without disruptions or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

7.5 Disclaimer of Liability: Marenno (the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content therein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to any damages resulting from:

  • Your reliance on any information or content obtained from Marenno;

Any trades you execute or investments you make are done at your own discretion and risk. You agree not to hold Marenno liable for any decisions you make in your trading activities, and you understand that any suggestions or ideas on the Site carry no guarantee whatsoever.

7.7 Not Responsible for Third-Party Links or Content: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources (for example, links shared in a blog post or comment). These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Marenno is not responsible or liable for the content, products, services, or claims of any third-party websites. Visiting any third-party link is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and policies of any site you visit. Marenno's inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the third-party website or any association with its operators.

7.8 Applicable Law Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation/exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such cases, Marenno's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that the above disclaimers and limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between Marenno and you. Marenno would not be able to provide the Site and services on an economically feasible basis without such limitations. You agree that you use Marenno entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Marenno's Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on Marenno (except for User Content as defined below), including but not limited to the Site's design, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and the compilation and arrangement of content, are the property of the Company (Marenno) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws (such as copyright and trademark laws). "Marenno" is our trademark/brand; you do not have any license or right to use it without our prior written permission. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our proprietary site elements except as explicitly allowed by us. You are authorized to use the Site and its content only for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered. Any unauthorized use of Marenno's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account and legal action.

8.2 User Content Ownership: "User Content" refers to any content that you or other users create, submit, post, or share on Marenno – for example, trading strategies you write, ideas, plans, blog posts, comments, or any other contributions. You retain ownership of the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the content that you create and post on the Site, subject to the rights that you grant to us and other users under these Terms. Marenno does not claim ownership of your original ideas, strategies, or content. However, by submitting User Content on the Site, you are granting certain rights to us and, for publicly shared content, to other users, as described below.

8.3 License to Marenno: By posting or sharing User Content on Marenno, you grant to us (the Company) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license (with the right to sublicense to our affiliates or service providers as needed for operation) to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting or technical purposes, for example), create derivative works of (such as translations or adaptations for different mediums), display, perform, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, or promote the Site and our services. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling us to provide the platform and services (for example, to display your posts to other users, to feature your strategy in a community section, or to backup your content in our servers). We will never try to sell your individual content without your permission; this license is primarily so that we can technically deliver the content you choose to share on our platform.

8.4 Sharing Public Content – License to Other Users: If you choose to share your trading content publicly on Marenno (for example, publishing a strategy or blog post that others can see), you are also granting every user of Marenno the right to access and view that content, and to use it for their own personal purposes. In other words, by making content public on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that other users may freely view, learn from, and even implement the ideas or strategies you share, without compensation to you. This is in line with the collaborative and educational nature of the platform. Unless you explicitly state otherwise at the time of posting (such as by including a notice that you reserve all rights), it will be assumed that you are sharing your content with the community and that others may reuse or reference your ideas.

Please note: while you retain copyright over your content, Marenno cannot control how other users may use information that you have made public. For example, if you post a trading strategy on a public blog, another user might apply that strategy in their own trading or discuss it elsewhere. If you wish to keep a strategy or idea proprietary or confidential, do not post it in a public area of the Site. Once content is shared publicly, it enters the public domain of ideas in practice (though you still hold copyright to your specific expression of it). Marenno shall not be held responsible if another user utilizes or echoes your publicly shared ideas or strategies.

8.5 User's Responsibility for Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post any content that you upload or share on Marenno. This means the content is your original work, or you have obtained appropriate licenses or consents to use it (for example, if you include an image or text from a third party, you must have the legal right to do so). You agree not to post any content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity. You are solely responsible if your content violates any third-party rights. If you are unsure about your rights to a particular piece of material, do not post it.

8.6 Infringement and DMCA Policy: Marenno respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other IP rights, you should notify us promptly (see Contact section). We will investigate and, if appropriate, remove the infringing content in accordance with applicable laws such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or relevant international copyright laws. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. Likewise, if a user's content is taken down for alleged infringement, that user may have the right to submit a counter-notice if they believe it was mistakenly removed. We will follow applicable legal procedures in such cases.

8.7 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Marenno about the platform (for example, suggestions for new features or improvements) are entirely voluntary. We will be free to use such feedback as we see fit and without any obligation to you. By providing feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and incorporate your feedback into our products or services without any compensation to you.

In summary, all intellectual property on the Site is either ours or the user's, and we each grant certain permissions to use it: We give you the right to use our platform and content for its intended purpose, and you give us (and other users, when you post publicly) the rights needed to share your content. Intellectual property is a shared responsibility: we protect what is ours, you protect what is yours, and you must only share content that you have rights to share.

9. Availability of Service

9.1 Service Availability: Marenno strives to keep the Site up and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or without interruption. From time to time, the Site may be down for scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the entire service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that Marenno shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9.2 Geographic Restrictions: Marenno is accessible from many locations, but we make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in all countries or regions. Access to the Site may not be legal for certain persons or in certain jurisdictions. The availability of our service in a particular country is subject to compliance with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or prevent access to Marenno in any jurisdiction if we reasonably determine that providing the service there would violate local law or subject us to undue risk or regulation.

Factors such as internet infrastructure, governmental restrictions, or sanctions might limit access. Additionally, some features or content might be region-specific (for instance, certain market data or currency notations might cater to a particular region). Marenno does not guarantee that every feature is accessible or relevant in every territory. If you encounter any difficulty accessing the service from your location, you may contact us for support, but we cannot guarantee resolution if the issue is due to external factors beyond our control.

9.5 Export Compliance: If applicable, you agree to comply with all export and re-export control laws and regulations that apply to our service. You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government or EU embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government or EU list of prohibited or restricted parties.

In essence, while we aim to provide continuous and global service, Marenno's availability can vary by time and place, and we are not liable for downtime or inaccessibility. Always ensure that your use of Marenno is lawful in your locale.

10. Modification of Terms

Marenno reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. As our platform grows and laws evolve, we may need to update our Terms to reflect new features or adjusted policies. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you – for example, by posting a prominent notice on our website, or by emailing the address associated with your account (if you have provided one and consented to such communications). The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will indicate when the latest modifications were made.

Your continued use of Marenno after any changes to the Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree with a change, you must discontinue use of the Site and, if necessary, request deletion of your account.

For clarity, no unilateral change will retroactively alter any dispute that we have actual notice of at the time of the change. However, any new dispute will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of the dispute. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, or, if different, the jurisdiction where the Company owning Marenno is legally registered and operating. We choose Latvia law here due to our operational base in Europe and in consideration of compliance with European regulations such as GDPR. This choice of law is made without regard to its conflict of law principles, meaning that Latvian law will apply even if you are using the Site from another country.
